As the end of leaf-bare drew near and the first signs of newleaf began to show, an uprising in the clan began to form, lead by a large russet tom-cat named Jackaljaw. He was constantly traumatizing Silverstar, always trying to create new rules for the clan, trying to create a more ruthless clan and, in the more loyal cats' opinions, put the warrior code 'to shame'. One time, he went too far. He'd convinced a few cats to come with him into Silverstar's den and tried to convince the silver tom that he should lead the clan. However, Silverstar told him to go away and after that immediately held a clan meeting. He banished Jackaljaw and anyone who supported him, stating that he would not have traitors in his clan. He also spat to Jackaljaw as he left that if he wanted to lead a clan so much, he should create his own. Of course, it didn't happen. It was just a threat.
RainClan had been lucky so far. Many moons had been spent in luxury, other than the occasional fox or owl spotted along the border. (Badgers don't tend to appear on RainClan territory, so the only threats so far were, well, foxes and owls.)
However, after three moons of being banished, Jackaljaw, now taking on a new name, Kale, as a rogue, came back to RainClan. He claimed that he was going to, some day, destroy all of RainClan, earning many scoffs. Silverstar padded over with his deputy, Koijaw, and his daughter, Swiftpaw, and snarled at him to stay away from his clan. Has Silverstar's threat kept the tom anywhere away from the Clan? Or had it caused the tom to edge closer, taunting and pestering warriors and apprentices, possibly even having some younger felines turn against the leader?
After a few moons, Kale met a young warrior, Swiftblaze, and the two fell in love quickly, though she was Silverstar's daughter. Due to this, Silverstar is always on edge, suspecting the relationship despite Swiftblaze's many lies. Now the two lovers are mates, and guess what? Swiftblaze is expecting the rogue's kits. Nobody knows, however, but they soon will, as Swiftblaze is showing the first signs of pregnancy. She had been gone with Kale away from the clan for almost three moons. Will this tear the clan apart? What about Silverstar? What will he do when he finds out?
(If you want something, from a small word to a paragraph, added to the plot, just ask. c:)
